Heinrick and his men were a team of Spooks, assembled to go to St. Louis and recruit Anita for a secret mission. After pulling Anita's file to consider her for possible FBI work, Agent Bradford inadvertently gets her tapped as a potential "Spook". Because she could raise zombies that seemed alive, a team was formed and sent to determine the velidity of the claims and recruit Anita for a mission to raise a dead country's leader.
Although two of the five members were caught, two other succeeded in filming Anita raising a zombie. Because Anita had not used a sacrifice, but her own blood, the zombie was not as good as she could normaly make them. The recording was sent to the team employers, and they decided that Anita's zombies were not good enough.
Balfour[]
A unknown man who used the alias Balfour and was part of Heinrick's team. He worked as a bodyguard for Fidelis Insurance, and along with his partner Canducci, watched and recorded Anita while she raised a zombie. He disappeared after Heinrick was captured and his employers determined that Anita's zombies were not good enough.
Harlan Knox[]
Harlan Knox, was another member of the team. He visited Anita at Animators, Inc. under the alias Leo Harlan and wanted to hire Anita to raise one of his ancestors. When Anita realised that he was armed he claimed to be a hitman, and that he only wanted his ancestor raised. After Van Anders's death he disappears and leaves a message for Anita explaining that "the assignment" had been canceled and that his ancestor was real.
John Doe[]
A nameless dark-haired American with a military record with no name attached. He and Heinrick were cought by Anita and the wererats, and taken into custody by the St. Louis police for 72 hours, but was freed along with Heinrick and then disappeared.
Leopold Heinrick[]
Leopold Heinrick was a German national. He was suspected of almost every large crime from industrial espionage to suspected terrorism. He was suspected of working for terrorist groups worldwide, mostly those with a decided Aryan bias. Heinrick and his nameless partener were following Anita's car and were cought by her and the wererats in front of the Circus of the Damned. He was questioned by Anita and Zerbrowski about the murders Van Anders committed. Heinrick was unawere of the murder of the four women and gave Anita the address were Van Anders was staying. Because he was wanted in five different countries with which the United States had strong treaties, and unsure to which he should be sent, he was set free along with his nameless parter.
Rex Canducci[]
A dark-haired unknown man, with broad shoulders who uses the alias Rex Canducci. He worked as a bodyguard for Fidelis Insurance, and along with Balfour watched and recorded Anita while she raised a zombie. He disappeared after Heinrick was captured and his employers determined that Anita's zombies were not good enough.
Roy Van Anders[]
Roy Van Anders was a werewolf and a spook. He was also a serial killer and enjoyed raping and slaughtering women, being suspected of multiple murders in less developed countries. Although a known murderer, his file did not specify he was a shapeshifter. He came to St. Louis along with the rest of Heinrick's team and assured him that he could control his urges. Van Ander's mission was to restrain Anita in the case she was a lycanthrope. He took part in the murder and crucifiction a formed spook and later killed four women. After he escaped the Mobile Reserve, he was tracked with the help of two werewolves, and executed by Anita.
Van Anders was a powerfull werewolf and was capable of partial shapeshifing. He also used his claws to scale buildings.
